Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the shoeboxes are protected and not taped directly.

Ship the Package

Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier collection point.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
